Creating event branding for FES' initiative, my idea was to focus on stigma around HIV and people who are affected by this virus. HIV can affect any of us- no matter the age, gender, sexuality or status. Starting with freehand sketches, I wanted to showcase as many different personalities and characters, as diverse as possible. I needed to create design that would encourage all people to come and get tested- on the spot, for free. Project includes promotional merchandise- flags, vendor IDs and beach chairs stating "I'm waiting for my HIV test". Initiative was promoted at HIV awareness event.
